How it works

Three steps, and then it is just today.

Answer the quiz

Your goals, how your body feels right now, how much time you have, and what stopped you before. It takes a few minutes and you see your plan preview at the end.

A program that starts at Foundation level and builds from there. Pilates first or posture first, depending on what you told us.

Show up for today

One session a day, with a demo clip for every move. Miss a day and a banked freeze holds your streak. Come back after a break and the app eases you in with something short.

Inside Nouvelou

Four tabs. One plan that ties them together.

Move is the core of it. Mind, Nutrition and Progress are there so the habit survives a normal week.

A woman in a controlled Pilates crunch on a mat in a bright studio Move

Guided sessions and a library of programs. Slow, controlled work on a mat, with a wall or a chair when a session calls for it.

A woman sitting on her mat at dusk, hoodie half on, taking a breath Mind

One three-minute read a day on the habit itself: the day you do not feel like it, the smallest version, the long view.

A bowl of salmon, quinoa, roasted sweet potato and spinach Nutrition

Simple recipes and a five-day meal plan. Short ingredient lists and real food. No logging required.

A streak with a grace day, freezes you earn at milestones, and a weekly check-in that takes three minutes.

Programs

Start where you are.

Every program runs 28 days in three stages: Foundation, Build and Flow. Your quiz picks the first one. Every member can open all of them.

More folders on the way: glutes and abs, pelvic floor, face yoga.

Inside a session

You see the move before you do it.

Every exercise has its own demo clip, playing on the step while you follow along. Timed steps count for you. Hold steps wait for you. A short lesson at the start explains why the session is built the way it is.

Why Nouvelou

Built for the weeks that do not go to plan.

Most plans assume a perfect week. This one assumes a normal one. Sessions are short enough to fit before work or after the kids are down. Nothing needs more than a mat, and some sessions need only a chair or a wall.

Missing a day is part of the design. You get a grace day. You earn freezes at streak milestones, and a banked freeze covers a missed day on its own. After a longer break, the app hands you something short first.

The movement is low impact: controlled Pilates work, posture resets, back and neck relief, stretching. No jumping and nothing to buy.

Mind

Showing up, one short read at a time.

The first course is seven lessons, one a day, three minutes each. It is about the habit, not the exercises. Plain talk, no lectures, and each lesson ends with one thing you can do tonight.

Questions

Before you start.

What do I need?

A mat and a bit of floor. Some sessions use a chair or a wall. No weights, no bands, nothing to order.

How long is a session?

Practice sessions run 10 to 20 minutes. Mind lessons and the weekly check-in take about three.

I have not exercised in years. Will this work for me?

Every program starts at Foundation level with slow, controlled work and a demo clip for each move. The plan moves you up a stage when you are ready, and you can repeat any session as often as you like.

How do I cancel?

From the Account page in the app, in two taps. Cancelling stops future charges, and your access continues until the end of the period you paid for. Deleting your account cancels as well.

Do you offer refunds?

Charges are non-refundable except where the law gives you a refund right. If you believe a charge was made in error, email hello@nouvelou.com within 14 days of the charge and we will look into it. The full policy is here.

Is there an app?

Nouvelou runs in your browser today, on your phone and your desktop, with one account. The iOS and Android apps are on the way and use the same login.

Is this medical advice?

No. Nouvelou is a fitness and wellness product. Talk to a doctor before starting a new exercise or nutrition program, especially if you are pregnant, injured or managing a health condition. Stop if something hurts.
