How it works

From a quiz to a daily habit.

What happens between the first question and your fiftieth session.

Step one

The quiz

It starts with a few minutes of questions. Your main goal. How your body feels today. How much time you can give. How you sleep. What stopped you the last time. Nothing is scored and nothing is judged.

The answers decide two things: which program you start with, and how the plan speaks to you. Someone who wrote "my back" gets a different first week from someone who wrote "stand taller".

At the end you see a preview of your plan and choose how to start. Your account is created after payment, with a one-time code sent to your email. There is no password to invent.

Your 28-day plan

Every program runs 28 days in three stages. Foundation teaches the basics slowly, in sessions of 10 to 15 minutes. Build adds range and load, at 15 to 17 minutes. Flow links it together, at 18 to 20 minutes. You move up when you are ready, and you can repeat any session.

There are two tracks. Pilates first starts you in Pilates Foundations. Posture first starts you in Fix Posture. Both tracks reach Back Relief Basics and Full-Body Flexibility, and every member can open every program from the Move tab.

Build15 to 17 min
Flow18 to 20 min

Step three

A session, minute by minute

Each session opens with a short lesson on why it is built the way it is. Then the movements, one at a time, each with its own demo clip playing on the step. Timed steps count down for you. Hold steps wait until you are ready. At the end you tap how it felt, and the plan listens.

Every exercise used in the current workouts has a demo clip. Sessions that use a chair or a wall show the chair or the wall.

Staying on track

Missing a day is part of the design.

Your streak counts the days you show up. It comes with a grace day, so one miss on its own changes nothing. When your streak lands on a milestone, at 3, 7, 14, 21, 30, 50 and 100 days, you earn a freeze. Up to two sit in the bank, and a banked freeze covers a missed day without you touching anything.

Come back after a longer break and the app does not lecture you. It hands you something short and lets you find the rhythm again.

Once a week there is a three-minute check-in. Reminders and progress emails can be switched off in the app whenever you like.

Around the sessions

Mind and Nutrition

Two more tabs sit beside the sessions. One is about the habit. One is about what you eat.

Mind

Short daily reads about the habit itself. The first course, Showing up, is seven lessons of about three minutes, one a day. Each ends with a single thing you can do tonight.

Nutrition

Recipes with short ingredient lists and a five-day meal plan to start from. Real food, no logging, and more recipes added over time.
