What we make

One session a day, and the things that keep it going.

Nouvelou starts with a short quiz and turns the answers into a 28-day plan of guided, low-impact sessions. Every exercise has its own demo clip. Around the sessions sit short daily reads about the habit, simple recipes, and a streak that forgives a missed day.

It runs in the browser today. The iOS and Android apps are on the way and use the same account.

How we work

Five things we hold to.

Short beats long

Sessions run 10 to 20 minutes. A plan that fits a Tuesday gets done on a Tuesday.

Low impact, always

No jumping, no equipment to buy. A mat, and sometimes a chair or a wall.

Plain talk

We say what a session does. We do not promise what it will do to your body.

Missing a day is normal

Grace days, freezes and comeback sessions are built in, because life is.

The first price and the renewal price are shown before you pay. Cancelling takes two taps.
