How billing works

No surprises on the statement.

You choose a plan

At the end of the quiz, after your plan preview. The price for the first period and the renewal price are both shown before you pay, and again in your receipt.

The first period is charged once

$4.99, $9.99 or $18.99, depending on the plan. Access starts right away. The charge appears on your statement as NOUVELOU.

It renews until you cancel

At the renewal price shown on the card above, every 4 or 12 weeks. Cancel from the Account page at any time. Your access continues to the end of the period you paid for.

What happens after the first week on the Starter plan?

Unless you cancel before the week ends, the Starter plan moves to the 4-week plan at $39.99 every 4 weeks. Nothing else changes: same account, same programs.

How do I cancel?

From the Account page in the app, in two taps. Cancelling stops future charges. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for, and nothing renews after that. Deleting your account cancels as well.

Do you offer refunds?

Charges are non-refundable except where the law gives you a refund right. If you believe a charge was made in error, email hello@nouvelou.com within 14 days of the charge and we will look into it. The full cancellation and refund policy is one page long.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Credit and debit cards, processed by Stripe. Your card details go to Stripe directly. We store the plan you bought and your subscription status, never your card number.

Will the price change?

Your renewal price is the one shown when you bought. If we ever change prices for future periods, we tell you in advance, and you can cancel before the change takes effect.

Is there a free version?

No. The quiz and your plan preview are free. Sessions, programs, Mind and Nutrition are part of the membership.
